The Winbox Lucky Wheel is a daily promotion on the Winbox H5 portal. Eligible players can spin for prizes during two short windows each day. All times below are in Malaysia Time (GMT+8).

Daily opening schedule

Who can participate?

- Access via the official H5 portal at h5.winboxorg.com
- One spin per eligible session, subject to on-page rules and campaign terms

How to spin — step by step

Open the Lucky Wheel page
Go to Lucky Wheel from the site menu or homepage during an open window. -
Complete security verification
When prompted, finish the Turnstile check. If a challenge appears, follow the on-screen instructions — do not close the page mid-verification. -
Tap Spin Now
Once verified, press Spin Now and wait for the animation to finish. Avoid refreshing the page while the wheel is spinning. -
Review your result
A popup will show whether you won. Read the message carefully before closing.
If you win — how to redeem
Winning players must submit redemption details in the popup before the prize expires:

After submission:
- Keep a screenshot of any success or reference message
- Allow processing time as stated in the popup

Non-winning spins do not require redemption. Thank-you results are recorded automatically.
